Use of the Platform
Use TrackD2C for lawful purposes only. Prohibited actions include engaging in fraudulent activities, copying or redistributing our source code or UI/UX, and attempting to reverse engineer our software.
Responsible usage for a secure platform.
Keep your credentials confidential and report unauthorized access immediately.
Pay in INR via Razorpay; fees may change with prior notice.
7-day refund for new users; cancel anytime with access until cycle end.
Encrypted data, compliant with Indian laws; you own your data.
All platform content is ours; no unauthorized use allowed.
Indian laws apply; Karnataka courts have jurisdiction.

Account and Access
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches.
Pricing and Payments
Subscriptions are in INR and payable monthly or annually via Razorpay or other gateways. Fees may change with notice. Non-payment may result in access suspension.
Refunds & Cancellation
First-time users get a 7-day refund. No refunds for partial months or unused features after this period. Cancel anytime; access continues until the billing cycle ends.
Data Privacy & Security
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we do not sell or rent it. You retain full ownership; we are processors only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in TrackD2C, including software and branding, belong to Vedic Growth Consultants. Unauthorized use of our IP is prohibited.
Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with services like Shiprocket, Razorpay, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. We are not liable for third-party platform issues, downtime, or breaches.
Limitation of Liability
TrackD2C is provided 'as is' without guarantees on uptime or performance. We are not liable for any losses, including revenue or data, from platform use or downtime.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for misuse, fraud, or violations. Upon termination, access and data will be disabled, with a data export window where feasible.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of TrackD2C after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
